Add our supplemental Supervisory Action Plan Check-In service to support the successful implementation of your learners’ new abilities. Facilitated by experts, these 60-minute virtual sessions keep your team on track and motivated as they reflect on their progress, troubleshoot challenges, and fully accomplish their action plans for optimal skill adoption and application.

Each training module is approximately 3-4 hours.
Training can be flexibly scheduled. For example, attendees can attend one session per week, one session per month, all sessions across consecutive days, or a custom schedule to fit your needs.
