About the 2025 ERC Salary Survey Report

This survey, published in May of 2025, reports annual compensation information for 4,888 individual employees in 160 accounting/finance, administrative support, business administration, customer service/sales, engineering, HR, IT, purchasing/distribution, quality, engineering, scientific, professional, management, supervisory, and nonprofit sector positions from 93 Northeast Ohio organizations.

Rates of pay were reported for the January 15, 2025 – January 31, 2025 pay period. Annual salaries are also reported by number of employees, industry type, annual revenue, county, for-profit or nonprofit status, and years of experience (including new hires). Salaries reported do not include incentives or variable pay components. In order to provide the most reliable and accurate information, the salary data was cleaned and any outliers or invalid data were eliminated. All salary data was analyzed using statistical software to ensure data validity and reliability.
