Ty Haines

Ty has built a distinguished career in manufacturing, advancing from machine operator to senior executive through leadership roles in Engineering, Operations, and Quality. Improvement is at the core of everything he does, whether through continuing education, cost reduction, revenue growth, or his personal passion for motorcycles and cars.

He holds an MS in Engineering and a BS in Business, bringing over 45 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. His expertise spans product development, precision machining for mold making, automation, plastics molding, and product assembly.

Ty guides companies through market entry and quality management certification, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485 (Medical), IATF 16949 (Automotive), and AS9100 (Aerospace). His experience working with two Registrars, combined with multiple certifications—including Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D—enables him to lead comprehensive QMS implementation. He has extensive experience developing ISO 14001 and 45001 procedures, conducting internal audits, leading first-time management reviews, and delivering training for teams from executives to operators.
