Samantha Marx

Samantha manages ERC strategic initiatives, projects, and events. She also directs the NorthCoast 99 annual recognition program and event that honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent. In this capacity, she oversees the planning of the yearlong program, the execution of the event, and sponsor relationships.

Prior to her current position, Samantha worked in various roles in ERC’s Membership and Training Services departments. She started at ERC as an intern and then moved into the Membership Services department.

Before ERC, Samantha worked in the hospitality industry, having served in both Event Planning and Operations with Hyatt and Marriott Hotels.

Samantha received a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in hospitality management from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She also holds a master of business administration from Case Western Reserve University.
