Damon Linder
Damon is a dynamic and enthusiastic trainer, who has been dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential by connecting technical concepts to practical examples in training environments for over 15 years.
He has authored original training materials and conducts courses in the areas of leadership, communications, coaching, team building, problem-solving, risk management, root cause investigation, technical writing, communication, and presentation skills, among others. Damon has facilitated training sessions involving participants from the C-suite to those just entering the workforce in groups from a few to over a hundred.
Drawing from a diverse background in engineering, sales, project management, and quality in the automotive, medical device, and construction industries, Damon brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to the table, including considerable time spent living and working in Germany, Japan, Korea, and China.
This includes time spent working in small consulting firms and large multi-national manufacturing organizations all with differing work environments and labor policies. The perspective gained from this enables Damon to connect with training participants of differing education and experience levels, ensuring that courses provide maximum value. Damon also enjoys working with students as an adjunct professor at the Tiffin University School of Business.
Whether leading workshops, seminars, one-on-one coaching sessions, or lecturing to students, Damon strives to create a supportive and transformative learning environment where participants can thrive. Special emphasis is always placed on ensuring that the concepts presented can be practically used as soon as participants return to work or school.
