Becky Johnson

As HR Consultant, Becky serves as a member of ERC’s HR Help Desk team, where she provides members with practical guidance and expert support on a wide range of HR and business-related topics. She brings deep experience partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen employee relations, improve HR processes, and build workplace cultures where employees can thrive.

Becky has more than 10 years of human resources experience across manufacturing, corporate, and consulting environments. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, HR policy development, benefits and compensation administration, onboarding, and organizational development. She has led HR strategy and daily HR operations in both large-scale facilities and multi-site organizations.

Prior to joining ERC, Becky served as Human Resources Manager at Buyers Products, where she supported two large manufacturing facilities, led employee engagement and retention efforts, guided leaders through performance and disciplinary processes, and ensured compliance with state and federal regulations. Her background also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Swagelok, where she partnered closely with executive leaders on talent planning, organizational reviews, and performance and succession processes. Becky has also held HR consulting roles at Brilliant Muse and Progressive Insurance, advising leadership on HR best practices, conducting investigations, and developing programs focused on talent development and DEI.

Becky began her HR career at Tarkett and ArcelorMittal in roles supporting recruiting, onboarding, performance processes, and employee relations.
