Madison Roukey

As Brand Marketing Specialist, Maddie helps shape how the world sees ERC. From social media content and podcasts to digital campaigns and branding initiatives, she ensures ERC’s people-first mission is seen, heard, and felt across every touchpoint. She works behind the scenes to connect employers with ERC’s data-driven solutions in ways that are both engaging and authentic. A proud graduate of Bucknell University, Maddie earned her degree in Markets, Innovation, and Design while competing as a Division I softball player. Her background blends creativity, business insight, and teamwork, skills she now applies to every marketing project.

Outside of work, Maddie channels her love of connection and community into time with friends and family. She also enjoys baking, working out, and coaching young athletes in softball and pitching, sharing the same passion and discipline that have guided her both on the field and in her career.
